Connecting warehouses for improved efficiency
At Extensiv, I focused on building a more comprehensive support system for our 3PL customers, with the key initiative being focused on providing users access to a network of third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses for shipping. I collaborated closely with the executive team, current users, engineers, and the business analytics team to design an experience that serves two main functions: helping users identify opportunities to improve efficiency by partnering with other warehouses, and enabling immediate engagement with those warehouses.
