Encouraging positive reviews
Review management is critical to shaping a business’s reputation. The review management system I designed was integrated into the larger Banyan application and quickly became a popular feature with existing users, as well as a key selling point during sales presentations. The main challenge was reducing friction in the review process to encourage more positive feedback, which is especially difficult as users are far more likely to leave reviews after negative experiences.
I developed a streamlined workflow that made leaving a review as quick and simple as possible, fostering a significant increase in positive reviews. Clients not only saw a surge in positive feedback but were also able to apply valuable insights from those reviews to improve their businesses. This seemingly simple feature became a pivotal part of our product offerings, greatly enhancing both user engagement and customer satisfaction.
